FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Below you will find answers to questions we frequently receive. If you do not find the answer you are looking for here, please email Support@Sember.net and we will respond as quickly as possible. I DO NOT HAVE A USER NAME OR PASSWORD. If you have not ordered through this store before, you will be asked to set up an account upon checking out. Once this is established, when you return to check on order status, download products or make new purchases, you will be asked for this information. I DO NOT SEE A DOWNLOAD OPTION FOR WHAT I HAVE PURCHASED.If your product can be downloaded, you will see a DOWNLOAD link within your order recap. This will only become 'active' once your payment has been verified. If your product cannot be downloaded, it will be sent to you either through email or regular mail as soon as your payment is processed. I PURCHASED A PRODUCT, BUT MY DOWNLOAD FAILED.Downloads are limited to one attempt. If your download attempt fails, you will be unable to attempt the download again. We apologize for any inconvenience, but you must contact us at Support@Sember.net to request the file. Please be sure to include your order number when emailing. I HAVE A USER NAME AND PASSWORD, BUT HAVE FORGOTTEN WHAT THEY ARE.The store uses your email address for your user name. If you have forgotten your password, you can request it be sent to the email address you used when you signed up. Simply click here to request that your password be resent to you. If you don't know what email address you used to sign up, you can either set up a new account or contact Support@Sember.net with your name, address and previous purchase number (if available). We will search our records and follow up with you as quickly as possible. I DOWNLOADED THE PRODUCT, BUT MY COMPUTER IS UNABLE TO OPEN THE FILE.Many of our files are sent in zipped (or compressed) files to enable faster downloads. If you are unable to open the file, you may request the unzipped files be sent individually.
